SEEON

Airports · Lounges · Hotels · Events · Conferences

The missing layer.

Travel infrastructure moves professionals into the same physical spaces every day. But there is no layer that makes relevant professional co-presence visible. SEEON closes this gap: without tracking, without persistent profiles, without a social network.

The journey no platform covers.

A professional travels to an industry conference. At every point along the way, dozens of relevant people are in the same physical space. None of this is visible. The journey ends, and the opportunity is gone.

01 | Departure

Airport & lounge.

A potential client is at the same gate. A supplier she has been trying to reach for months is in the same lounge. Neither knows.

02 | Arrival

Hotel & business district.

The evening before the event, the hotel bar is full of people from the same industry. Everyone is on their phone. Nobody knows who the others are.

03 | The event

Conference & trade fair.

Thousands of visitors, hundreds of stands. The people most relevant to you are somewhere in the hall. Whether you meet them depends on luck.

How SEEON works.

Not a platform. Not a social network. A proximity infrastructure layer that is session-scoped, privacy-first, and designed to sit beneath the tools professionals already use.

Business professionals in an airport lounge, each working independently, unaware of who is nearby

01 | Departure

The journey starts with a blind spot.

At the gate, in the lounge, at the coffee bar. Relevant professionals are already in the same space. No platform makes this visible. Everyone waits alone.

02 | Arrival

The hotel becomes a room of its own.

Hotels near an event can open their own White Room. Guests who want to be found join with a QR code in the lobby. They see who among the other guests is relevant, never where anyone is sitting.

03 | The event

The event opens its own room.

The organiser opens a White Room for the fair, inside the official event app or via QR code at the entrance. Only attendees who join see each other, and only for the duration of the event.

04 | Opt-in visibility

You decide when you are visible.

Users activate when they want to be found. They set intent signals: what they offer, what they seek. If you do not activate, you do not exist in the system.

05 | Matching

Relevant, not random.

Matching is based on professional intent: industry, seniority, what you offer and what you seek. Only matches above a relevance threshold trigger a notification. No tracking. No map. Nothing stored.

06 | Outcome

The conversation that almost did not happen.

The goal is not a feed or a network. It is a single relevant encounter that would otherwise have been missed. Both parties decide whether to connect.

The gap is structural, not social.

Existing platforms optimise identity, communication, and transactions. None provides contextual visibility of professional presence in real time, without profiles, feeds, or tracking. Traditional platforms start with identity. SEEON starts with presence.

Proximity infrastructure for business travel

The right conversation matters more than the right budget.

SEEON is looking for trade fair and congress organisers, industry associations, and travel management companies ready to explore what professional proximity infrastructure can do for their events and platforms.
